Our Farmhouse Boarding Policy

Boarding check-in and out time:
Monday - Friday: 5pm - 8pm
Saturday: 9am ~ 8pm 

All Guests must be current on vaccinations and heartworm prevention. 

Vaccination records

Please have your veterinarian email all current vaccinations and heartworm/fecal/flea administration to frmhseboarding@gmail.com  We do not accept copies from the client as proof of record. We require the following vaccinations:

  • DHLPP (D=Distemper, H=Infectious Canine Hepatitis, L=Leptospirosis, P=Parainfluenza, P=Parvovirus)
    OR EQUIVALENT. Bordetella (kennel cough) is required within 12 months of the visit. 

  • Monthly flea/tick/heartworm prevention is required.

    It is the owner's responsibility to update your dog's vaccination record. Please make sure to turn it in before it expires.

First-time boarding requirements

  • First-time boarding requirements must be done at least 30 days prior to booking.

  • Temperament Evaluation and Farmhouse visit at least 30 days in advance
    **Pup must pass the evaluation.

Entering Farmhouse for your visit:

  • Guest must always wear a collar/harness with a leash attached when coming to the Farmhouse.

  • Guest must have been bathed within 24 hours of drop off. 

  • We do not accept female pups on heat.
    ***If the pup comes into heat during her stay a surcharge of $20 per day will be added. 

  • Guest must be free of fleas and ticks.
    ***If the pup is found to have fleas or ticks at the time of drop-off. The pup will be treated and bathed with Adams Flea and tick shampoo and an additional fee of $20 will be charged. 

  • There will be an additional charge $5 a day per dog, for any medications, ointments, eye drops etc. that your dog may need during boarding at the Farmhouse.

  • Owner must provide your dog’s regular meals. Pre-packaged and labeled with name and feeding instructions.

We require a non-refundable deposit of 50%  of the estimated boarding fee at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Please confirm your travel plans before making an appointment.
Balance due on the day before drop off. 

Even if your pick-up time is sooner than scheduled, we will not refund the difference.

Although we will do our best to keep the pups healthy, happy, and safe during their stay at the Farmhouse. Unforeseen health issues or medical emergencies may occur. In the event of a medical emergency, animals will be taken to the closest open veterinarian clinic.
